Pasand Shaadi is intended for individuals seeking matrimonial alliances. You must be of legal age to marry under the laws applicable to you, and capable of forming a binding contract. Anyone providing false or misleading eligibility information may have their account suspended or terminated.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information in your profile.
• Only one active profile per person is permitted.
• You may not share your account or allow others to use your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Pasand Shaadi to:

• Misrepresent your identity, age, religion, marital status or any profile detail.
• Harass, threaten, abuse or defame any other member.
• Share offensive, obscene or defamatory content.
• Collect personal data of other members without consent.
• Engage in any fraudulent, unlawful or commercial solicitation activity.
• Interfere with the platform's operation or attempt to breach its security.

5. Verification & Authenticity

All profiles are screened as part of our verification process. We may request identity documents and confirm family consent. Our verification reduces—but cannot fully eliminate—risk, and we encourage members to exercise sensible caution while interacting with anyone online.

6. Subscription & Payments

• Free membership includes profile creation, browsing and match suggestions.
• Premium plans are billed on the terms chosen at purchase; prices are displayed clearly before payment.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.
• You may cancel auto-renewal anytime from your account settings before the next billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform—including logos, branding, layouts and software—is owned by Pasand Shaadi or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reuse it without prior written permission. Content you upload to your profile remains yours, and you grant us a licence to display it in connection with our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pasand Shaadi provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for interactions that take place between members outside our platform.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate profiles that violate these Terms, involve fraudulent activity, or jeopardise the safety of the community. You may deactivate your profile at any time; deletion requests are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and on this page, with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
